Pets, RVs and families go together. To have the most fun, read about how to make your pet safe, secure and a good traveler....and pet etiquette for owners.
Read about RVing with many types of pets on a wide variety of websites. Here are some links to articles we thought looked interesting.
Small to medium-sized, short-leashed dogs with responsible owners are welcome in the show. We ask that you carry water for your pet as the asphalt gets hot, and pick up after them quickly and completely. Individual displays set their own policies about animals touring their coaches. Because other show goers may be allergic to pet dander, many displays prefer that the pets wait outside the coach.
Breeds that have a reputation for being aggressive, or tend to intimidate other show goers are not permitted. Not permitted dogs include larger dogs and specifically Rottweilers, Akitas, Pit Bulls and German Shepherds. While your dog of these breeds many be wonderful, some are not, and the show must be a welcoming, fun place for all of our guests.
Show security reserves the right to ask owners to leave with any dog that is causing a safety, security or bad behavior problem.
