Official Sweepstakes Rules
  1. You must be 21 or older to enter. One entry per person. No purchase necessary.

  2. One winner per household. If more than one entry is drawn from a household, the first entry from the household is the awarded prize for the household. Any subsequent entries from the same household are deemed invalid.

  3. Need not be present to win the Catalina vacations, scooter or trailer. Must be present to win or claim the Laughlin hourly drawings during the show or by 6 pm daily to claim the gas cards. Prizes not claimed timely are forfeited.

  4. All Oct. 21, 2007 drawing prizes must be claimed by 12-1-07 or the prize will be forfeited. Each winner will be required as a condition of being certified a winner, to execute an affidavit of eligibility; to sign a release of liability; sign a statement of compliance with the sweepstakes rules; and to authorize the use of his/her name, photograph and likeness in advertising or publicity of the show or the product.

  5. Employees and/or family members of any entity providing any prize for this contest, employees or family of RVIA and its advertising agency, RV dealership owners and their employees and family members or show exhibitors are not eligible to enter.

  6. All entries become the exclusive property of RVIA.

  7. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes (i.e. sales or income taxes), license, dealer preparation and document fees. Winners are responsible for any costs incurred in removing the prize from the official designated dealership. Prizes are the exact product or trip described in the Giveaway Display and cannot be substituted or exchanged. No cash value. Trips may be required to be taken on/by specific dates that may not be exchanged or extended. Any cost associated with a trip, not specifically stated as included, is excluded.

  8. All prizes are offered as is. RVIA, its agents and officers are not liable for any defects in the prizes.

  9. Dealer preparation such as, but not limited to, hitches, wiring, etc., is not included in the prize. Delivery may be from a dealership and all transportation costs of picking up the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.

  10. By entering this sweepstakes you opt-in and agree that you may be called by telemarketers.

  11. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Up to 50,000 entry forms are distributed at the show.

  12. To receive a complete list of sweepstakes rules and a list of winners’ names, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by 11-01-07 to RVIA, 6529 Riverside Ave., Ste. 150, Riverside, CA 92506.

  13. Certain prize packages have specific terms and conditions, black-out dates or available sizes.

  14. In the event of a dispute the decision of the RVIA Western Region Show Director is final.
